Nirman Consultants, headquartered in Kanpur, was founded in 1991 with a passion to transform paper sketches into reality by designing and building incredible spaces for people to live, work and learn. We have grown gradually to be the foremost building design consultancy firm comprising of the most experienced and devoted professionals and associates from various applied fields.

LEADERSHIP
Ajay Gupta, the founder and Director of Nirman Consultants; graduated as a Civil Engineer from the prestigious IIT Roorkee in 1989. Soon after that, he began his career by starting out his own venture to build dream spaces for the people.With his persistence and utmost dedication, the firm has grown from one-man-army to dozens of associates. He has successfully led around 500 residential, 100 commercial and 200 industrial projects. His wide experience and niche skills have enabled the firm to undertake projects in healthcare, educational and tourism sector too. Hindustan Coca Cola, Parle, GAIL, Radisson Hotel are some of the names the firm has catered to, under his leadership.
He is the Fellow member of the Institution of Engineers(India) and the Institution of Valuers India. He also serves as the Chairman of Association of Professional Graduate Civil Engineer(India). He is endowed with the responsibility of a "Competent Person" to issue stability certificates under Factories Act 1948 by the Government. He is Govt. approved Engineer for Kanpur Development Authority(KDA) and Interior Designer and Contractor for RBI and SBI. Moreover, he provides consultancy for UP Stock Exchange too. He also serves as the Project Techno-Economic Viability(TEV) Consultant for different financial institutions.
